IRIS Business Tax- Investment company, corporation tax at 25% not 19%
Resolution
If you are preparing a corporation tax computation for a small company which has consultancy income and some investments, there is nothing set in IRIS to say it is an investment company, it is showing the corporation tax at 25% not 19%, How do i get the 19%?
- Load the company in BT
- Data Entry > Company Information > Select the Company type from the List > Then select Uni Trust or Investment Holding Company > Ok.
- Now run the reports to show the 19% calc.
