Problem
Users have updated to version 19.3.2 and when selecting a partnership/sole trade in Business Tax the menu options are displayed incorrectly and shows a box “Liable for corporation Tax” which is not correct. Users are also unable to access the client’s data as the posting files are absent.
Resolution
Resolution:
This is an issue on version 19.3.2, to access the partnership and sole trade follow the steps below:-
- Log into Business Tax
- Select the client
- Click on Client | View
- Click on Save | Close
Users will now be able to access the client’s data.
