Problem
when a user runs a charity annual or IXBRL report, it stops at checking for exception then crashes
Resolution
This is an issue that is currently being investigated by our development team. The issue appears to be caused by one or more of the trustees.
There is a workaround in place.
Create a new charity and replace the extract on that. The user will then have to add the trustees one by one and run the report each time to establish which trustee or trustees are causing the problem.
They can then delete that trustee , and add a new trustee for the same name with a new identifier.
