Problem
We have received reports from users of Error 1001 following tax returns being submitted on PTP Tax Platform.
Resolution
We have this logged with the product development team. In the meantime please find the workaround below to stop this error from occurring:
1. Download file from here (Right click on here and select save target as)
2. Copy this file to the PTP Data folder. The data folder location can be located by clicking on the Spanner icon, then click on the configuration tab.
