Problem
Google and Firefox have made a cookie change to their browser called SameSite, this is switched on by default if you have the latest version of these browsers. Due to this change it prevents users from logging into to OpenSpace if you have embedded on your website.
Resolution
In order to overcome this issue, we would recommend using our intermediate website branding rather than advanced. So that your customers can still login via your website, the only difference is that they will be taken to a full screen to use OpenSpace. Login to our website to see the user experience https://andrewsandbrown.co.uk/client-area/
Refer to our branding guide here for how to switch it to intermediate. Or if you want a really quick workaround instruct your clients to login directly via https://www.irisopenspace.co.uk/
