This KB will explain how to install the IRIS Open Space connector for IRIS Docs
Resolution
To get allow IRIS Docs to upload/download files from OpenSpace, the IRIS OpenSpace Connector must be installed.
- Download the OpenSpace Connector installation file from here: https://www.iris.co.uk/support/iris-accountancy-suite-support/download-software/downloads-2/
- Run “Iris Openspace Connector Setup” on the server where Docs is installed
- The Welcome screen will be displayed, click on the Next button
- The Choose a File Location screen will be displayed, click on the Next button
- Enter the SQL Server instance & database names for the Iris Accountancy Suite, then click on the Next button
- Click Install to Begin the installation
- Click on the Close button once the install is complete, else continue to the ECM install
