Problem
When trying to access a module in IRIS Accountancy Suite I am getting the error message. This program is not available on your system. How do I resolve this?
Resolution
When trying to load a module in IRIS Accountancy Suite you are greeted with the error message below. As a result you are unable to access the module you wish to open (E.g. Personal Tax).
This error has occurred because your Anti Virus software has quarantined or corrupted one of the IRIS install files that is associated with this module. To resolve, you will need to set an exception to the IRIS install folder on all machines that use the software. If you are unsure on how to do this, please speak to your IT support or Anti Virus supplier so they can assist you further.
Once you have set the exceptions, you will need to repair the software, please re-run the installer that you are currently on, or update to the next version if you haven’t updated to our latest version.
