Problem

Is it possible to search the database for a particular UTR to find out which client it belongs to?

Resolution

Users are required to: 1. Log on to IRIS Personal Tax and select a client. 2. From the Client menu click Select. 3. Click the More Criteria button which is located below the list of clients. 4. Remove the Client Identifier and enter the UTR number into the Tax Reference box then click OK. IRIS will now search the client list and show a list of clients who have this UTR number.
