Problem
An employee has been set up and 'job 1' and 'job 2' are appearing under the employees name in the P11D module.
Resolution
This indicates that the client is linked twice to the same employer, which can happen when the employee leaves and rejoins the company in the same tax year but it is normally best to amalgamate the two periods of employment into a single employment.
If this has occurred in error users are required to:
1. Log on to the P11D module as a MASTER user and click on the name of the employee.
2. From the Edit menu select Employment Details.
3. Click on the involvement which need to be removed, click on View then Delete.
