Problem
When trying to update IRIS or PTP Accounts Production the following error occurs Installation Error - 17 - Installation Cancelled. Your installation is unaffected and has reverted to the previously installed version.
Resolution
Only use this fix If you are receiving this message but are NOT cancelling the installer manually and have a fully functional backup of your IRIS database. When running the update click the button in the bottom left hand corner that says “IRIS Support Only” When prompted enter your company reference number and then contact Iris Support for the skip code.
