Problem
Since Upgrading my licences via the Web Licencing function I am receiving the following error
Resolution
This error typically occurs because the IRIS database has been backed up while licences are active and then restored on a new machine, or the licences have been activated on a different machine and your licence does not allow for multiple validations.
To resolve this issue you will need to re-validate your licences. Navigate to the ‘Licence Details’ screen via the Main Menu | Tools | Licence Details
Under the ‘Current Licences’ tab select your licences on the list and then click Reset Validation.
This process will require a password which you will need to contact IRIS Accountancy Suite support for on 0344 815 5555.
