Within IRIS OpenAudit, how do I set up Roles and Permissions?

Resolution

To edit Roles and Permissions users are required to select, 1. Dashboard | Roles and Permissions 2. Click on the Edit tab 3. Place a tick in the relevant Roles and/or Permissions To create/amend/remove a role select, 1. Dashboard | Roles and Permissions | Manage User Roles 2. To a. Create a new role, within the Create a new role field enter the Role name | Add b. Amend the Role name/Role description for roles created, click into the relevant field c. Remove a created Role click the x beside the Role The hierarchy of roles can be amended by placing the curser over the grey lines beside the Role name. When the arrows appear, drag the role to the relevant level. Note: Users are required to have Manager or above permissions, in order to be able to create and amend Roles/Role Permissions.
