When trying to access any IRIS Module the following error can occur; Application Failed to Initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click OK to teminate the application

Resolution

This error usually occurs due to a conflict with your anti virus program. Set exclusions within your Anti Virus program and then rerun the application. Further information can be found in the IRIS Help Centre, accessed here
