Problem
When trying to update IRIS or PTP Accounts Production the following error occurs Installation Error -1 The installation has aborted because the product is not properly installed. This is due to a failure in an earlier installation attempt. Do not attempt to reinstall the software. The cause of the original failure must be resolved.
Resolution
The IRIS Support team will need to investigate this failure, use the instructions below to send your installation logs to us
