A duplicate client has been created when uploading document to OpenSpace?
Resolution
Clients are created automatically when files are uploaded from IRIS, if the client was created manually in OpenSpace first then duplication will occur after the first upload from IRIS.
Users should ascertain which client has the files that have been uploaded from IRIS and delete the other client, this can be confirmed in IRIS OpenSpace by the ‘Description’ field on the client (Select a client and click Edit Client).
