My staff member cannot login to OpenSpace, upload into OpenSpace from IRIS, or the Client Dashboards aren’t displaying the status'
Resolution
Please ensure that the staff member’s email address setup for OpenSpace and Password are entered within IRIS.
To verify the details are entered select System Maintenance from the IRIS Portal Menu. Click Staff, Staff Maintenance, select the staff member and then choose View.
If required enter the appropriate login details in the IRIS OpenSpace Login Details section.
