Box 17 shows see Box 19 for Agents Details

Problem

Clients have advised that Box 17 says show first line of address and post code and this used to only show this but now it states see Box 19

Resolution

Clients are advised that the HMRC have changed Box 17 from three seperate lines to a box that has all lines incorporated. Therefore if your agents details utilise all lines under Setup/Practice Options then your address details will show in Box 19, which is a requirement by the HMRC.
