Problem
In certain situations, it is necessary to change the Staff ID for a member of staff in IRIS.
Resolution
Following the instructions below may help to resolve this;
- Log into IRIS and open System Maintenance
- Select the Staff menu, then Staff Maintenance
- Select the member of staff you wish to change and click View
- Click Advanced at the bottom, then Change Identifier
- Type a new ID and press OK
- Click Save on the staff member
