Resolution
Select Reports | Annual | Standard and then click OK
On the Financial Statements – Annual Reports screen
Tick the box Copy to be filed at Companies house and then click OK.
NOTE: Ticking this box ‘Copy to be filed at Companies house’will do the following:
- Add the ‘Registered Number’ on the Flysheet
- Remove the Trading and Profit and Loss Account, including schedules relating to the trading profit and loss accounts for LLP’s.
- Omit the ‘Accountants’ Report if it has been selected to appear in the ‘Non Statutory part’ of the report (Edit / Data Screens / Auditors and Accountants / Accountants / Assurance Report / Position of Report).
- Shading will be removed from the figures
- When the Alias FLY – FLO is set (Edit | Report Aliases), the accountants’ name and address will be removed from the flysheet
Note: This option is NOT available for clients using the standard IRIS chart. Users should look to convert to the Enhanced Chart for full functionality.
