Why do I get the error message “Licence Disabled” when integrating between OpenBooks and Accounts Production?
Resolution
Please ensure you have an active IRIS OpenBooks licence to enable its integration with IRIS Accounts Production. Prior to April 2016 release we have provided you with a new IRIS OpenBooks web licence. This web licence will be compatible with IRIS version 11.9.2 or above. Please ensure that you have version 11.9.2 installed at your earliest convenience. Click here to download and install the 11.9.2 release if necessary. Once available, when logging into IRIS you will automatically be notified of the new licence. Accepting the new licence is a simple click of a button just like all your other IRIS Accountancy Suite licences*. To watch a short reminder video of our web licence process click here.
