It has been identified that users can experience the following error when trying to open the IRIS Main Menu IRISPortalMenu.Exe has stopped working and needs to close

Resolution

This is likely to have occured due to a problem within the user’s Windows profile. To resolve please open the following folder c:usersyourusernameapp datalocal and the delete the IRIS_Group_Ltd folder. Retry the IRIS Accountancy Menu
