Error when logging CS01 form to IRIS Docs

Problem

When logging reports users receive the following error: The document will not be saved into IRIS Docs because it does not have an associated job type. The job type based accountancy suite-IRIS Docs document management link requires Accountancy Suite documents to specify a job type. For IRIS Accountancy Suite Reports and AutoMail letters the job type can be specified in Report Logging Options and AutoMail template maintenance respectively.

Resolution

Please refer to the steps below to help resolve this issue: Sign into IRIS as the master user Open System maintenance Practice | Report Logging Locate the appropriate report from the list Untick ‘Use default for report type’ Click the spyglass Select use default job Click ok
