Problem
It has been reported by some user's that when trying to IMPORT- business details from Companies House the following error message appears: Error occurred -1001 Internal error -failed to get statistics
Resolution
We are currently working with Companies House to resolve this matter.
In the meantime users can import their details in a different way to stop the IMPORT going through IRIS server.
