Problem

It has been reported by some users that when generating the Confirmation Statement (CS01) on IRIS version 17.2, the PSC information is missing.

Resolution

With effect from 26th June 2017, Companies House have updated the company forms. The CS01 form will no longer provide information regarding the persons of significant control. You will now be instructed to submit a PSC01 form with the necessary details regarding the persons of significant control. This must be submitted prior to any CS01 forms. Please update to 17.2 as previous versions of the CS01 (confirmation statement) is no longer valid.
