Resolution
This is a windows installer error that indicates a failure while reading the media the installer relies on
Solution 1:
Navigate to the path shown in the error message and Give full control permissions to “SYSTEM” & “Everyone” account.
Solution 2:
? Navigate to the Drive where you are installing the software
? Right Click on “IRIS” folder
? Give full control permissions to “SYSTEM” & “Everyone” account.
Solution 3:
Clean the contents of System temporary folder
1. Click Start > Run >type %temp%
2. Try to remove all the files & folder.
3. Click Start > Run >type temp
4. Try to remove all the files & folder.
Solution 4:
1. Navigate to C:Windowsinstaller folder
2. Right click in blank space area
3. Go to Properties
4. Click Security tab
5. Give full control permissions to “Everyone”.
Solution 5:
1. Navigate to the path shown in the error message
2. Delete the msi file
3. Try to install it again.
Log off current user and login as Administrator try to install again.
