Problem
Have entered a pension or retrieved data from HMRC and the pension information is not appearing on the computation
Resolution
To resolve this please do the following in Personal Tax:
-Go to set up at the top of the screen
-Retrieve HMRC data practice options
-Untick all the boxes and click OK
Then go to: –
-Client at the top of the screen
-Extract
-Save to the desktop
-Come out of the client, go to a random one and then go back to the original
-Go Client at the top of the screen
-Import
-Select desktop
-Select the extracted file
-Click yes to the message
-Click yes to replace the data
-Run computation and it should appear
f this does not work then the second reason is: –
2. HMRC may have not yet reconciled the figures so therefore it has not been updated on their systems.
