Resolution
1. Go to Posting | Post File Maintenance | highlight the client and click on Entries
2. Highlight the comparative year and click on Change
3. Verify the Previous account period end date – if ‘OR use date incorporated’ is ticked, untick it and choose the correct previous period end date by clicking on the magnifying glass next to Previous account period end date
