Problem

Customer trying to run Create Practice Login and getting the error message "The program can's start because mfc140.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem"

Resolution

You should install the C++ 2015 redistributable on the target system. It is recommended you install C++ 2017 available here. Make sure to also install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 – Use this link hereto download C++ 2015 and then right click and run as Administrator.
