Problem
Changed address but the tick box for confirming the new registered office address as an appropriate address is greyed out.
Resolution
When changing the registered office address you may see the confirmation box greyed out as shown in the example below:
The tick box is only available for selection if you are changing the Registered Office address. View Client | Address tab | Registered office tick box must be selected.
