Problem
Why are members missing from the LLP General Information page and/or Report of the Members?
Resolution
Only Designated Members are required to be shown
To make a member a ‘Designated member’ select Edit | Partners
Highlight the relevant partner and click [View], then tick the designated members box.
If less than two members have a tick for ‘Designated member’ then ALL members will show as designated.
If two or more have a tick then only these will appear
Note: If a member is made designated the event must be logged. This will be stored within Client | View | History [Tab]. If the event is not logged IRIS may not show then as designated as required.
If a designated member change has occurred since the year end then they will not appear on the General information page
A data screen ‘Members’ changes since year end’ is available to adjust this.
As default if all members are to be designated an option via Client | View is available ‘All members are designated members’. If selected all members will be automatically designated.
