How do I attach an AutoMail letter to a job stage?
Resolution
To attach an AutoMail letter to a job stage follow the steps outlined below:
- Open IRIS Main Menu and click on IRIS Practice Management
- Go to Setup Job Types / Profiles
- Highlight the Job you require to edit (e.g. Tax)
- Click on the View
- Click on Profiles
- The Job Client Maintenance Screen will be displayed
- Double Click on the job stage you wish to attach the Automail letter to (e.g. Tax Work)
- Tick ‘Link stage to letter’ and click on the magnifying glass
- The IRIS AutoMail- select template screen will be displayed
- Highlight and the required template (e.g. Client Details)
- Click on Select
- Click the OK button
- Click the Save button
If this letter is printed through the job stages you will be invited to complete the job stage.
