How do I attach an AutoMail letter to a job stage?

Resolution

To attach an AutoMail letter to a job stage follow the steps outlined below:
  • Open IRIS Main Menu and click on IRIS Practice Management
  • Go to Setup Job Types / Profiles
  • Highlight the Job you require to edit (e.g. Tax)
  • Click on the View
  • Click on Profiles
  • The Job Client Maintenance Screen will be displayed
  • Double Click on the job stage you wish to attach the Automail letter to (e.g. Tax Work)
  • Tick ‘Link stage to letter’ and click on the magnifying glass
  • The IRIS AutoMail- select template screen will be displayed
  • Highlight and the required template (e.g. Client Details)
  • Click on Select
  • Click the OK button
  • Click the Save button If this letter is printed through the job stages you will be invited to complete the job stage.
