Problem
The Directors' Spouses shares are not included in the Directors' beneficial interest within the Report of Directors
Resolution
Please check the following;
Ensure that the ‘Transactions’ have been entered in the Share Register (Edit | Share Register) against the correct IRIS client i.e. the same client to that which was selected in the ‘Marriage’.
Make sure that the ‘Marriage’ has been set up. Click Edit | Directors/Secretary | View, click the magnifying glass next to the ‘Director’ field, then select Marriages from the Personal Client Maintence window.
Click [Add] if the marriage has not been set up (again make sure it is the same IRIS client to that which the transactions are entered against).
NOTE: If the client is using the Standard IRIS chart then ‘Spouses’ shares will not be included with the Directors holdings on the Directors Report. This option is only available on the Enhanced chart.
