Postings to a Partner keep defaulting to *0 (Unknown Partner)

Problem

When posting to a Partners account e.g. 985/1 the posting keeps defaulting to *0 (Unknown Partner)

Resolution

Please ensure that the Partner Profit Shares have been set, by selecting- Edit | Partner Profit Shares Once the shares have been set correctly try posting again. If you require further assistance please contact IRIS Support.
