Which Secretary will appear on the Financial Statements?

If there is a change in Secretary during the year the Financial Statements will show the Secretary who was present at the time the reports were signed i.e. the current Secretary. If a change in Secretary occurred after the year end then the Financial Statements will again show the Secretary who was present at the date of signing the reports. N.B. If no date is entered within Edit | Data Screen | Company Information | Dates of Report | Date of Directors Approval, then the current Secretary will be shown. If it is required to show the Secretary who was present at the year end on the Company Information sheet then select Edit | Data Screen | Company Information | Company Secretary and tick the box provided. N.B. This selection does not affect the Secretary signing the Directors Report. Multiple Secretaries Clients using the Enhanced Chart will be allowed mutliple secretaries where all will appear on the Company Information page.
