Problem
With an alias of FLY=FLO set the Registered Number and Accountants Name/Address will appear. In some situations either of these may wish to be omitted.
Resolution
To remove the Registered Number the following alias should be set:
Select Edit | Report Alias – set alias $FN=$FO (O for Orange).
NOTE: Enter the mnemonic of the standard report that will be replaced in the Standard field. Use the magnifying glass for a list on mnemonics. ie $FN
Enter the mnemonic of the report that will replace the standard report in the Client Specific field. ie $FO
To remove the Accountants Name/Address the following alias should be set:
Select Edit | Report Alias – set alias – $FF=$OO (O for Orange)
