How do I remove the sentence 'All Directors being eligible offer themsleves for election' from the Directors Report?

Resolution

Select, Edit | Data Screens | Report of the Directors | Directors | Directors Retiring at AGM Untick the following box to prevent the text appearing ‘Please tick the box if you want this sentence to appears in the report of directors’
