It has been identified that when trying to print from an IRIS module the following error can occur: REPORT PROCESSOR ERROR An Error Has Occurred - The Details Are As Follows: Module .rpw_DEVMODE.cpp Line Number 348 Win32 Error Code 122 Win32 error message: The data area passed to a system call is too small Description: Failed to get the count of paper sizes for printer
Resolution
Following the steps below may resolve the issue with printing.
- Click Start
- Click Control Panel
- Click Printers and Faxes
- Right-Click on the printer
- Choose Properties
- Click on printing preferences button.
- Ensure Paper size is set to A4
- Click OK
- Click Advanced Tab
- Untick the box labelled Enable Advanced Printing Features
- Click OK and then Retry the Report
