How do I reset the IRIS Session Control Files
Resolution
Due to changes in 16.1 it should no longer be necessary to run Reset Session Control. However if the need does arise, following the steps below may help to reset the IRIS session control files.
NOTE: Before resetting the IRIS control files, ensure everyone is logged out of IRIS.
- Open the IRIS Main Menu.
- Click File
- Click Utilities. A white IRIS Utilities screen will be displayed
- Click Fix
- Click Reset Session Control and you will be prompted for a password
- Contact IRIS Support on 0344 8155551 for this password and then press OK
- Exit IRIS Utilities.
- Retry IRIS.
