Problem
How can figures be entered into section N, box 16 for expense payments made to or on behalf of the employee?
Resolution
Users are required to:
1. Log on to the P11D module, select the relevant employer, click on the employee.
2. From the Edit menu, select Employment benefits.
3. Add one of the following benefits:
– Box 1 is completed using benefit number 19.
– Box 2 is completed using benefit number 20.
– Box 3 is completed using benefit number 23 and/or 24.
– Box 4 is completed using benefit number 3.
– Box 5 is completed using benefit 21 and/or 27.
