How do I post a transfer between Funds?

A transfer between Funds will always need two entries per Fund. One within the transfer codes of 968/11-30 and the other for where the transfer is occurring i.e. from fixed assets or cash from back. The balances between account 968/11-30 should always net off to zero. Example: A transfer of £100 was made from the unrestricted general fund to a restricted fund, the entries required would be as follows: Cr £100 Account 692 for general fund Dr £100 Account 968/11 for general fund Dr £100 Account 692 for restricted fund Cr £100 Account 968/11 for restricted fund
