Problem

It has been identified that when trying to install the IRIS workstation environment the following error message can occur : IRIS Workstation Environment - Install Wizard It has not been possible apply Full Trust permissions to serverdirectory. The setup will now terminate. NOTE: The path listed in the error message may be different. The problem is due to the User not having the correct permissions to perform the installation.

Resolution

IRIS requires the user to have local Power User rights. Add the user to the local Power Users Group and then retry the setup. NOTE: IRIS cannot provide any further information on user permissions or groups. Should additional assistance be required please contact your own IT Support Provider
