How do I remove the Secretary from the Company Information page (New)?

Problem

Companies Act 2006 states that from 6 April 2008 it is no longer compulsory that a Limited Company be obliged to appoint a Company Secretary but they may appoint if they so wish. No reference will therefore be required on the Financial Statements

Resolution

Select: Edit | Data Screens | Company Information | Company Secretary Untick the box provided so not to refer the the Secretary on the reports.
