Problem
The repayment section on this year's return is not being completed if there is a loss this year which is being carried back to the previous year.
Resolution
Users are requested to carry out the following:-
1. Log onto Business Tax and choose the client
2. Go to Data Entry/Summary – within the middle section, at the top, you have Repayment Claim, choose for earlier period.
3. Run the CT600 and on the first page it will have a tick in the box for earlier period and the bank details will now be showing on the last page.
