Attaching Computations in the Electronic Tax Return

Users are advised to do the following:- Not to attach within the computation area any computation even if you have saved the Enhanced Computation and to choose Generate Now and the software will generate the Enhanced Computation and the CT600 in the relevant format that is required. If you are using the IXBRL Editor on your computations to change entries then you will need to save the computation and select from communication tracking to attach the computation but if you have more than one CTAP period then only attach the computation to the last CTAP period. To remove from the other periods go to Data Entry/Summary and at the bottom remove the tick from Computation Attached for Accounting period and from the drop down menu choose submitted with accompanying return.
