Problem
It has been reported that when accounts are fully valid in Open iXBRL, they are being rejected on the point of submission to HMRC, with errors beginning with "33".
Resolution
Any iXBRL document which has been exported by OpeniXBRL are fully valid against the HMRC gateway. Four digit rejection error codes beginning ’33’ are those which are validated by Open iXBRL before export.
If a filing has been rejected, users are required to ‘Export iXBRL’ again, avoid opening the file at this stage and save the document. Re-submit the accounts and if the problem still persists, call IRIS Support for further assistance.
