IRIS Accountancy- Bundle documents and send to specific folders in Openspace

If you are using BT/PT and the client has an existing and active Openspace account

1.Load client in BT or PT

2. Run a Tax comp

3. On the Report Output screen, select PDF and then tick ‘Upload to Openspace’, click OK

4. Check the comp and close it – a new screen appears – tick ‘Create a single bundle’. Now use the options to add multiple files. Once done – click BUNDLE FILE and it will combine all the files into one file. Click ‘Continue’ to submit to the clients OS account.

5. If the client has MULTIPLE folders manually created on their OS account eg 2022, 2023, 2024 folders then it will always send the bundle to a default folder with the ‘agents accountancy name’. You cannot manually select which folder they should be sent to – you would need to open the default folder and find the bundle file, select it and then use the MOVE TO option to move this file to another folder.
