Problem
Client Details Are Not Updating in IRIS Elements
Resolution
- Open up ‘Task Manager’ on the server/computer that IRIS is installed on
- Go to the ‘Services’ tab
- Scroll down and select ‘IRIS.Scheduler.Server’
- Click on ‘Restart the service’ on the left-hand column or right-click onto ‘IRIS.Scheduler.Service’ and select ‘Restart’
- Check both your Accountancy Suite and IRIS Elements to ensure syncing has started again
Note: If you are unable to see the services tab within Task Manager you may need to contact your IT/Hosting team to get access to the server/computer that IRIS is installed on.
