IRIS payments in OpenSpace are shown as unpaid, even though the invoice is matched in IRIS Fees
Resolution
It happens when the user who does the matching in Fees is not correctly linked to OpenSpace at the time that the matching occurs.
Here are the steps to check this:
- Open System Maintenance
- Select Staff | Staff Maintenance
- Highlight the user who did the matching in Fees and click View
- Enter correct login details in the “IRIS OpenSpace Login Details” section
- Click “Validate Login” to confirm that the credentials are correct
- Click Save
Once the Iris user account is linked correctly to OpenSpace, the Fee postings will need to be unmatched, and then re-matched for the invoices to show as paid in IRIS OpenSpace
