Problem
Duplicate BT Job Created when uploading a CT600 to OpenSpace
Resolution
When a CT600 is generated and uploaded to IRIS OpenSpace it appears to create an additional job on Practice management for Business Tax with a date of 5th April. This also happens when a document is approved online by a client.
The Development team have confirmed this as a defect in the software and will be resolved in version 22.2.0.
