Problem

It has been identified that when trying to open either Tax/CT Platform from the PTP Launcher neither opens and it flashes and closes.

Resolution

To help resolve this you will need to run a repair/upgrade on the installation. Please download the latest version of PTP platform from Here and either upgrade or reinstall selecting the repair option when prompted.
